No marketing on this page — the facts your technical colleague asks for before anything goes live on the site.
- Installation
- A single script tag just before
</body>:<script src="https://aqivo.chat/embed.js" data-bot-id="…" async></script>. No npm package, no iframe hassle, no further changes to your site. - Insulation
- The widget renders inside a shadow DOM. Your CSS doesn't leak into the widget and the widget styling doesn't leak out onto the site. The widget's own custom CSS stays within the shadow root.
- Loading & performance
- The script loads with
asyncand doesn't block the page render. It's dependency-free vanilla JavaScript — no third-party framework or tracker comes along with it. - Platform
- Works on any CMS or framework: Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify, custom — the widget makes no demands on the host page.
- Data & AI processing
- The assistant answers solely on the basis of the content you connect yourself (website, sitemap, API, files). AI answers run through the business APIs of OpenAI or Anthropic, which don't use this data to train their models. Conversations can be read back in the portal, and you can update or delete data sources at any time.
- Management
- Configuration (tone, house rules, sources, channels, branding) all happens in the portal — no redeploys of your site needed. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.
