Yes, on both. And on Shopify, Webflow, your own React app or whatever else you run. You paste a single little script just before the closing body tag and that's it. The widget loads asynchronously, so it doesn't slow your page down.
Do I need to know how to code to set this up?

Which AI model is used?
You choose: OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude). In the portal you switch with one click, so you decide the balance between speed, quality and cost yourself. You don't have to retrain the chatbot for that.
Is my data safe, and does it stay mine?
Your data is and stays yours: we store your content encrypted and don't sell it to anyone. You can remove or update data sources at any time. The AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic don't train on your data through this API connection.
Where does the chatbot get its knowledge?
Only from the content you provide: your website or sitemap, a WordPress connection, an API or a CSV or Excel file. It doesn't make things up. If it isn't sure about something, it says so honestly or hands the conversation over to a team member through human handoff.
Can the chatbot handle multiple languages?
It replies automatically in the language of the question. Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish are fully translated, and it translates other languages automatically. You don't need to set anything up separately for that. Handy if you have visitors or customers from abroad.
