Does it work on WordPress or Umbraco?
Yes, on both. And on Shopify, Webflow, a custom React app or whatever else you're running. You paste a single script just before the closing body tag and that's it. The widget loads asynchronously, so it doesn't slow your page down.
Do I need to know how to code to set this up?

Which AI model is used?
You choose: OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude). In the portal you switch with a single click, so you can strike your own balance between speed, quality and cost. There's no need to retrain the chatbot to do so.
Is my data safe, and does it stay mine?
Your data is yours and stays yours: we store your content encrypted and sell it to no one. You can remove or update data sources at any time. The AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic don't train on your data through this API connection.
Where does the chatbot get its knowledge?
Solely from the content you supply: your website or sitemap, a WordPress connection, an API, or a CSV/Excel file. It invents nothing. If it isn't sure about something, it says so honestly or hands over to a member of staff through the human-handoff feature.
Can the chatbot handle multiple languages?
It answers automatically in the language of the question. Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish are fully translated; other languages it translates on the fly. There's nothing extra to set up for that. Handy if you get visitors or customers from abroad.
