What is aqivo?
Aqivo is a Dutch AI chatbot platform from Codebrouwerij. You train the assistant on your own content: your website, your calendar and your frequently asked questions. After that it answers visitors' questions right away and points the way to your ticket sales. We built it for theaters, museums and festivals, but it works just as well on any other website.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. You enter your website's address and Aqivo sets up your assistant by itself in about a minute. Then you paste one line of code on your site and you're live. Want help? From Crew up, we'll walk you through it personally.
What kind of website does the chatbot work on?
On any website. It's one small script that you paste just before the closing body tag, whether your site runs on Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify or something homemade. The widget is shielded from the rest of your page, so your own styling stays as it is.
Where does the chatbot get its answers?
From your content. You connect your website or sitemap, an API, or you upload a CSV or Excel file. The assistant searches it and bases its answers on it. If it isn't sure about something, it says so honestly or hands the conversation to a human.
Can it refer people to our ticket shop?
Yes, that's exactly what it's good at. Feed it your calendar and it shows the right show with date, availability and price, with a button to your own ticket sales. We don't build our own box office: your visitors go to yours.
Which AI model is used?
That's up to you: OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude). In the portal you switch with one click, so you decide the balance between speed, quality and cost yourself.
What about languages?
The assistant answers in the language of the question. Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish are fully translated, the widget itself too, and it translates other languages automatically. Handy for the international visitors of museums and festivals.
Can I cancel monthly?
