Tonight · 21:14 — the box office closed four hours ago.
The box office closes at five. The questions don't stop.
An AI chatbot that knows your events, your calendar and your frequently asked questions — and still gives an answer at 23:00, with a ticket button to match. Trained on your own content, live in an afternoon.

What it can do
An assistant that knows your entire site by heart
No stray FAQ tree that nobody keeps up to date. One assistant that thinks along, answers in plain language and always points to the right page.
Searches your calendar in a flash
"Anything fun on next week?" He pulls up the right event — date, availability, starting price — and links straight to your ticket sales. Vague questions are his speciality.
Every language, automatically
He answers in the language of the question.
Feeds on your own content
One line of code, on any site
Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify, custom — paste this just before </body> and the chat goes live.
<script src="https://aqivo.chat/embed.js" data-bot-id="JOUW-BOT-ID" async></script>
Human and bot, one conversation
When it gets personal, your team takes over — and what they answer, it can keep as knowledge.
Also on WhatsApp and Messenger
The same assistant, the same knowledge — in the apps where your audience already is (depending on your plan).
Fits your venue
Your own colours, name, logo and, if you like, a living mascot. The widget feels like part of your site, not some bolt-on gadget.
Pick your own engine
OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) — switch with a single click in the portal. You decide the tone, the rules and the personality.
You see what your audience is asking
Read back conversations, see where visitors get stuck and which tickets get clicked — fuel for your website and your programming alike.
PS: try saying "haha" to him, bottom right.
How it works
Live in three steps
Connect your content
Point it at your site or sitemap, connect an API or upload a file. We fetch the content and make it searchable.
Shape its behaviour
Give the assistant a name, a tone and a few house rules. A few minutes of work in the portal — no techie required.
Paste a single line of code
One little script just before </body> and the chat is live. Works on any site: Umbraco, WordPress, custom — anything.

This is how it works in real life
This is how it feels for your visitor
Scroll through a recorded conversation — exactly the way the widget will work on your own site.
Searches.
"Something romantic in March" isn't a search term — but for him it is. He knows your calendar and pulls out the right event, with date, availability and price.
It does.
From doubt to tickets in a single sentence. The button points straight to your own ticket sales — we don't build a checkout of our own in between.
It never makes things up.
If it doesn't know something, it just says so. No guesswork your front desk has to put right later.
Hands it over.
When things get personal, a staff member steps in — with the whole conversation in front of them, so no one has to start over.
International visitors? The same conversation, automatically in their language — right down to the widget itself:
Nocturne — piano bij kaarslicht
Nocturne — vr 6 maart
One question, three organisations
Same engine, your tone of voice
Tone, persona and house rules are set per bot — and you can switch the mascot off too. Pick an organisation and see what the same question does, and keep an eye on the widget in the bottom right: it restyles itself live.
"Can my six-year-old daughter come along?"
A warm welcome! We recommend our evening performances for ages eight and up, but your six-year-old daughter is very welcome at the family performances on Sunday afternoons. Shall I show you what's on for families this month?
— Hostess, stately and warm
Yesss, of course! Six is a wonderful age for our museum — here you can touch almost everything. Are you coming on Wednesday? That's when the mouse family treasure hunt is running too.
— Joep, playful (with mascot)
Good question. Our club shows are 16+, but the matinees and the summer festival are all ages — so a six-year-old is more than welcome. Free earplugs for kids are at the bar.
— Crew, no-nonsense

Who it's for
Built for the cultural sector — at home on any site
Not a cultural institution? Works just as well.
The assistant works anywhere the same questions keep coming in: municipalities, healthcare providers, schools, sports clubs, service businesses, webshops. It learns your content — whatever that is — answers in your tone of voice, and sits on every site with a single line of code.
The evening rush
Reply at 23:47.
17:00 — the box office closes, your team heads home.
21:14 — the questions peak: what time do you open? where do I park? are there still tickets?
23:47 — the bot just answers. With availability and a ticket button.
Your audience decides on the sofa in the evening — and now there's someone home to help.

Frequently asked questions
Good to know
What is aqivo?
Aqivo is a Dutch AI chatbot platform from Codebrouwerij. You train the assistant on your own content — your website, your calendar and your frequently asked questions — and from then on he answers visitors' questions right away and points the way to your ticket sales. Built for theatres, museums and festivals, and it runs just as well on any other website.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. You connect your content in the portal, set the tone and paste a single line of code on your site. You're live within an afternoon. Need a hand? On Crew and up we help you on your way personally.
What kind of website does the chatbot work on?
On anything. It's a single script you paste just before the closing body tag — Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify, a custom site: it makes no difference. The widget runs in isolation, so your own styling stays intact.
Where does the chatbot get its answers?
From your own content. You connect your website or sitemap, an API, or you upload a CSV or Excel file. The assistant searches through it and bases its answers on it. If it isn't sure about something, it makes nothing up — it says so honestly or hands you over to a person.
Can it refer people to our ticket shop?
Yes, that's precisely its strong suit. Feed it your programme and it shows the right event with date, availability and price, plus a button through to your existing ticket sales. We don't build a checkout of our own — we guide your visitors to yours.
Which AI model is used?
You choose: OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude). In the portal you swap models with a single click, so you can always pick the right balance between speed, quality and cost.
What about languages?
The assistant automatically answers in the language of the question. Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish are fully translated — including the widget itself — and other languages he translates automatically. Handy for international visitors to museums and festivals.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly, no hassle. You start free and only move to a paid plan once you're ready.
