"Something romantic in March?"
Chatbot agenda & ticket sales
From a vague question to the right ticket
Your visitors don't always know what they're looking for. "Something fun this weekend", "something romantic in March", "a show for the kids that isn't too long" — the chatbot understands it, finds the right event in your calendar and lines up a ticket with the date, availability and starting price. One click to your ticket shop.
A chatbot that searches your programme
Every visitor finds the event that suits them — even when they don't know it yet themselves
A listings page gives you a list. A chatbot gives you a conversation. Visitors who are on the fence, or aren't quite sure what they're after, are guided by when they want to come, who with, and the kind of atmosphere they're looking for. The chatbot searches your entire programme and suggests the event that fits best — with the right performance dates, live availability and the starting price already on show.
- Understands open-ended questions: date, taste, who you're with, budget
- Shows availability and sold-out status in real time
- Sends visitors to your own ticketing with a single click
- Builds no checkout of its own — you keep the transaction
What the chatbot does for your calendar
More than search — it guides them right to the ticket
From the first vague question to the click on "order" — the chatbot holds your hand without ever becoming the ticket sale itself.
Lightning-fast search
Hundreds of events in your programme? The chatbot searches them all in a single reply. No loading time, no long lists — straight to the best-matching result.
Date-smart: this weekend, next week
"This weekend", "next Friday" or "sometime in May" — the chatbot turns these relative time phrases into concrete dates and filters your calendar down to what's actually on.
Availability & sold-out status
Shows instantly how many seats are left, flags sold-out events honestly, and suggests alternatives in the same category or period.
Deep-link to your ticket sales
The chatbot doesn't build its own checkout. It sends visitors straight to the right order URL in your existing system with a direct button — Ticketmatic, TicketBird, Paylogic, or whatever you use.
Audience & taste filters
A family with kids, a couple after something romantic, a group of friends who want to do something active — the chatbot filters by audience and mood, not just by genre.
Multilingual, even for international visitors
Visitors from abroad ask in English or German. The chatbot replies in the same language and shows the event tickets in the right currency and date format.
Connected in three steps
How to feed the chatbot your programme
No IT project. No custom API. Your calendar already lives somewhere — we connect to what you've got.
Connect your calendar feed or API
Provide your calendar as a JSON feed, CSV export, RSS, or through a direct link with your CMS or ticketing system. As long as the data includes titles, dates, prices and booking URLs, we'll process it. Set it up once, and it updates automatically from then on.
Mapping & fine-tuning
In the dashboard you indicate which fields mean what: who the audience is, the genre, the venue, the possible sold-out status. Add descriptions and keywords so the chatbot can also filter by mood, not just by category.
Live on your site in an afternoon
Paste a single line of code onto your site. The chatbot is live. Visitors can start asking questions straight away — and every conversation that ends with a click through to the box office is a conversion you might otherwise have lost.
Turning visitors into buyers
Every question is a chance at a ticket
A visitor who asks a question is already interested. All they still need is the right event at the right moment — with the price and availability shown straight away. The chatbot puts that on the table before doubt creeps in. No searching, no clicking through to another page: just a card with a booking button.
And the chatbot doesn't build a box office of its own. You decide where the transaction happens. We send the visitor to your existing ticket sales, with all the benefits that brings: your branding, your customer data, your payment system.
- Catches the on-the-fence visitors who'd otherwise leave the page
- Shortens the path from interest to order button
- Works with any existing ticketing system
- Shows sold-out events honestly — with alternatives

What it delivers
Frequently asked questions
Practical questions about agenda integration and ticket sales
Which ticketing systems work with the chatbot?
The chatbot connects to your existing ticket sales through a deep link to the right product page. That works with any system — Ticketmatic, TicketBird, Paylogic, CultuurTicket, Tixly or your own webshop. We don't need API access to your box office; we simply send visitors to the URL you provide.
Are you building your own till or checkout?
No. The chatbot has no booking flow of its own. It shows an event card with date, availability and starting price, and sends the visitor through to your existing ticket sales with a single click. You keep full control of the transaction.
How up to date is the availability the chatbot shows?
That depends on your integration. Through a live API or JSON feed, the chatbot refreshes the availability status with every conversation. If you work with a calendar you maintain by hand, the data is as current as you keep it — the chatbot indicates whether an event is 'sold out' or 'almost full' based on what you supply.
Which calendar formats does the chatbot support?
You can supply your programme as a JSON feed, CSV export, RSS/Atom, or via a direct API connection to your CMS or ticketing system. As long as the data carries fields like title, date, location, price and booking URL, the chatbot can work with it.
Does the chatbot understand vague or open-ended questions too?
Yes, that's exactly its strength. Questions like "something fun this weekend with the kids", "a night out for two in April" or "something classical but not too pricey" are interpreted by date, genre, audience and price. The chatbot suggests an event that fits, with all the details and a direct link to the box office.
Can the chatbot handle sold-out or cancelled events too?
Yes. When an event is sold out, the chatbot says so honestly and can suggest alternatives from the same genre or period. Cancelled events you can simply remove from the feed or mark — the chatbot then no longer presents them.
